Silver Sneakers:
-Participants will have fun as they increase their muscular strength, flexibility and functional skills for improving daily living activities. This multi-level, equipment based class takes you through a variety of exercises using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball. Silver Sneakers is great for older adults regardless of their fitness level.

Kick Box:
-Sweat it out in this 60 minute class that combines boxing, kick boxing and martial arts. Kick, punch and jab to get strong...get tough...and have fun?? Free standing bag used and gloves available.
Belly Dancing:
-This exciting new class engages you in rich culture of movement. This type of dancing has long been desired to tighten and strengthen the abdominal muscles, hips and thighs. Learn how to move and lift your energy with this fun class.
Cycling:
-Come and create a stronger cardiovascular system and burn twice as many calories in this one hour cycling class. No experience is necessary. Work at your own level and enjoy the class energy and fun music.
Power, Strength & Length:
-Increase your strength and range of motion with this one hour workout. A variety of equipment will be utilized to continue challenging your muscles and increase flexibility. More strength means higher metabolism.
Power Yoga:
-This is a class to increase your natural flexibility and mobility while enhancing existing yoga practice. Experience a more physical form of yoga with this heat building workout that will challenge your strength and balance.
Night Yoga:
-Increase flexibility and strength while balancing your mind and spirit in the workout suitable for anyone needing to distress and rejuvenate. End your day by relaxing in our 'night yoga'
Cardio Fit:
-Come and enjoy a variety of cardio options. Step, hi-lo, Fitball, kick box and/pr sport work are implemented to strengthen your heart and lungs while burning high fat calories.
Power Pump:
-Utilize a weighted straight bar with optional plates so you can strengthen all muscle groups and increase your metabolism. All levels accommodated.
Pilates:
-A total body workout that emphasizes body alignment and correct breathing to build strength evenly throughout the body. Enhance muscular balance and improve your posture.

Treading:
-Meet in the aerobic room and then head upstairs to learn how to REALLY use the cardio equipment. This excellent cardio class is one of the best ways to improve your cardiovascular in a fun class setting. End with an abcominal section and relaxing stretch.

Back to Abs:
-Class will focus on strengthening your abs and back!! Learn how to properly train and build strength for your 'core' which will benefit all your fitness needs.

Nia:
-Nia is a workout delivered in 7 cycles, utilizing 52 moves and 9 movement energies. Nia combines dance movements and heart-pumping martial arts moves infused with subtle therapeutic techniques designed to heighten body awareness and Sensory IQ. The Nia workout is generally performed in bare feet and, through the use of music and movement, each Nia experience is uniquely crafted to both calm and invigorate. A Nia workout delivers cardiovascular and whole body conditioning for the body, mind, emotions and spirit.
