-A slower class geared toward shaping and strengthening muscles with simple movements utilizing water gloves, aqua gloves, and resistant bands. Toning exercise mixed with sections and intervals of water walking.

| Noodle Power: |
-An entire class using water noodles. Class includes fun, surprising combos to maintain a fat-burning intensity. Because the noodle provides buoyancy, this class has very little impact. Movements with the noodle will maintain an increased heart rate while working large and small muscle groups to tone and strengthen at the same time.

-This class gives you a little of everything. Increased heart rate to burn fat, shape muscles, and tone abdominals.
