Desert Palms Health & Fitness Club has been serving the St. George area for over 25 years. With great excitement, we recently moved into a brand new facility, with all brand new equipment and amenities.
The new club is located at 491 North Bluff Street in the Executive Plaza Building.
Even with the change, we have not forgotten who has kept us in business for all these years.
We make it our goal to ensure each and every member feels at home while here at our club.
Whether you want top of the line weight equipment, terrific aerobics classes, or are looking for a new personal trainer, we can help you meet your goals. All of our aerobics classes, which include Strength Training, Kickboxing, Zumba, Indoor Cycling, Yoga and Pilates, as well as our Daycare Services are all included in our membership prices.
